Jeans Manufacturing Washing Ltd is the dedicated laundry and garment washing facility of the JMCL Group, located at Kashimpur, Gazipur. Established to provide the Group's production units with a fully integrated, in-house finishing capability, this facility eliminates the delays and quality risks that come with outsourced washing.
Equipped with the latest eco-wash technology, the facility delivers the full spectrum of garment finishing treatments — from enzyme washes and stone washes to advanced denim effects and ozone finishing — giving brands the creative freedom to realise their design vision.
All processes operate under strict ZDHC-aligned chemical management protocols, with wastewater treatment systems and water recycling infrastructure that significantly reduces environmental impact compared to conventional washing facilities.
